It didnt look that scary in the vids Ive seen. . .thought maybe it would be,seeming as the scare factor is what I love bout SH games,but I guess that goes away when you play a war vet in Silent Hill. it may still be a buy for me. . ., Konami. . Please let TEAM SILENT handle the NEXT game ! Thankyou. Theres alot of SH2 recycled elements in this game,and the devs played safe.maybe a little tooo safe.

And its using the Unreal engine,and it looks like an unreal engine game.and Im fine with that.JRPGs are one of my favorite genres,and I hope Square Enix pulls all the stops with FF13.Im very disipointed at how they milk FF7,Ive stayed away from watching Advent Children,I mean,the game ended,there was an ending.I dont need unplanned tie ins.And I mention this,because if they tie in Cloud Strife to FF13,i'll be VERY DISSIPOINTED.Also,the 'soul' of FF games. . .seems to be lacking since after FF...
I love the dynasty warriors series,but until they make a new Kessen game,Im disapointed in them milking dynasty warriors like this.
I dont think the 360 and Ps3 are maxed.and with that,can I see these guys making a game using 100% efficiency of everythng the cells got. Everyplace Ive read says games for ps3 will use a max of 80% from each SPE because using 100 is 'impossible'. i dont take sides, and I dont own a ps3 yet,but I do own a 360. But this guy talks alot considering they need to hire to new devs to code for ps3.

I love MGS 1 ,2, 3,4. Hideo Kojimas genius astounded me since I had connect my controller into controller port 2 to defeat Psyco Mantis.I loved the twists and plot turns of every game.But. . .come on guys. . .some of you defend him like you're married to the guy.I mean,if you disagree with the guy,state that. pS1 and PS2 proved that.But,even though the PS3 has a 10yr life cycle, at what point do they announce a PS4? With that said,I seriously think the PS2. . .Just might have more than a 10yr cycle.The graphics are still acceptable.I still play Tekken 5 and a whole lotta other PS2 games.
Fact is,expect a new xbox in 2012. An announcement maybe in 2011.Screw the 'data' ,and so called 'predictions'. Bottom line is, many people felt cheated by the short lifespan of the xbox1. Another fact,RROD pissed the hell out of us.From a PR point of view, they will keep the 360 breathing as long as they have to.Expect a xbox 3 announcement a year ahead of a PS4 announcement. They will definitly have a year headstart again.Any more,and the PS4 would be ahead graphically to a point the xbox 3...
But Im buying a Ps3 for it. DOA4 is ok with the d pad. And SC4 is bearable too. But Tekken 6 with a ps controller for me.

Its becoming the norm.Honestly, game devs determine when when we get next gen.They tell the big companys, hint at the future. And Sony and MSFT build a machine that surpasses what devs expect. Like Sony with the PS2 and MSFT /Epic and the 360.
